Accountability is a crucial element of our 6-week course. We will set personalised goals and action plans, and the small group structure provides a supportive framework for accountability. We will cover your unique circumstances, HRT, diet, exercise, sleep and lifestyle and create a tailored approach to your immediate and long term physical and mental health; to ensure your journey is relevant and sustainable.

I will help you set realistic goals, break them down into actionable steps, and with the weekly on line meetings, check-in to encourage you to aid your progress, whilst also providing a safe and non-judgmental space for you to express your concerns as we work through your personal journey.
