This course comprises both knowledge acquisition and knowledge application.
After gaining an in-depth understanding of the physical, emotional and psychological challenges faced by many women during the menopause, you will be coached through all the options open to women to help them thrive through, what can often be, a challenging time of their lives.
Once completed, you will then move on to consider how this knowledge may be applied in a range of business environments. Furthermore you will receive bespoke coaching and practical advice on how you could pursue this further should you wish to set yourself up as a menopause coach in future.
