This course comprises both knowledge acquisition and knowledge application.

After gaining an in-depth understanding of the physical, emotional and psychological challenges faced by many women during the menopause, you will be coached through all the options open to women to help them thrive through, what can often be,  a challenging time of their lives.

Once completed, you will then move on to consider how this knowledge may be applied in a range of business environments. Furthermore you will receive bespoke coaching and practical advice on how you could pursue this further should you wish to set yourself up as a menopause coach in future.

  • Understand menopause: Gain a deep understanding of the physiological, emotional, and cognitive changes associated with menopause.

  • Provide support and coaching: Learn how to effectively support and coach individuals through their menopause journey, offering guidance on various strategies such as HRT, diet, exercise, lifestyle, and stress management.

  • Navigate the workplace: Understand the legal and ethical considerations related to menopause in the workplace, and explore strategies for implementing supportive accommodations.

  • Promote inclusivity: Create a workplace culture that is inclusive and supportive of menopausal employees.

  • Enhance communication skills: Develop effective communication skills, including active listening, storytelling, and body language, to foster connection and empathy.

  • Build expertise: Gain the knowledge and tools to become a Menopause Specialist Coach or incorporate menopause expertise into your current work.

By completing this course, participants will be well-prepared to provide valuable support and guidance to individuals experiencing menopause and to contribute to creating more inclusive and supportive workplaces

  • Evaluate and improve: Discuss the effectiveness of menopause mentorship programs and gather feedback from employees to continuously enhance support initiatives.
